Lifeline

Lifeline is a government-supported program provided by AirFire Mobile, offering FREE monthly wireless service. In addtion, AirFire Mobile offers a FREE cell phone to eligible customers.

AirFire's Lifeline Plan includes:

• 500 minutes of talk time every month
• 500 outgoing text messages & unlimited incoming messages
• Voicemail
• Call Waiting and Caller ID
• Free calls to and from AirFire's local Customer Care
• Free wireless phone
• No overages or unexpected charges
• No activation fees
• Add-on minutes available
• Earn additional minutes for new referrals

Eligibility Requirements (Proof of eligibility is required to activate account)

You may be eligible for AirFire Mobile's Lifeline Program if you participate in any of the following programs:

• Wisconsin Homestead Tax Credit
• Wisconsin Works or W2
• Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
• National School Free Lunch Program
• Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)
• Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
• Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance (BIA)
• Badger Care
• Food Stamps (Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program)
• Medical Assistance
• Medicaid
• Federal Public Housing Assistance (section 8)
• Or if your household income is at or below 135% of the federal poverty guidelines

AirFire Mobile's Lifeline plan is a Lifeline-supported service only available to eligible consumers. Lifeline is a government assistance program. Documentation showing proof of eligibility is necessary for enrollment. Lifeline is limited to one benefit per household, of either wireline or wireless service. The service is non-transerable.
